The person will need to work with email automation software, sending out email blasts, and newsletters, interacting one-on-one with audiences, and more, all with the goal of increasing brand awareness and establishing a brand’s place in the competitive market.

- Fluency in English
- Proven experience managing an email marketing program.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.
- Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment
We Expect You To,
- Knowledge of email warmups and advanced side of emails with flows and implementation experience
- Ensuring the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Sending graphics requests to designers
- Compiling email lists
- Purging email lists
- Securing email databases for future campaigns
- Following up on emails
- Placing product orders
- Creating digital ads
- Tracking and analyzing campaign results
- Aiding additional digital marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Contributes to the success of the team by assisting in other duties defined by management
- Responsible for analyzing email metrics to improve conversion and plan future strategies
- Drive email channel performance through an effective combination of content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives
Academic Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or another relevant field preferred
- Any other equivalent Professional qualification or advanced certificate.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 3 Years of work experience as an Email/ Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Experience in the advanced side of emails with flows and implementation
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
