- Contact customers on a daily basis through calls and email
- Expand business opportunities by reaching out to websites, blogs, forums, and classifieds in the automotive industry
- Ensured successful deployment of our products and customer satisfaction
- Called on dealers and key dealer groups, and presented our Dealer Program
- Reach out to businesses and identify new market opportunities
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Executed Account Management focus including identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Cold Calling & Warm Calling leads/customers
- Closing deals and demos by negotiating with business leads through cold calling
- Developed and isolated customer contacts using industry contacts, previous customers, and cold-calling
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Communicate with all paid customers to get in touch and understand more about their requests, the experience they had, issues they may have faced, and improvements and suggestions we can get

Academic Requirement

- 1-2 years of working experience in Upwork management
- Proven success rate on Upwork
- 1-2 years of content writing
- Experience in Customer Support/ Cold calling and warm calling will be an added advantage.
